If you receive a defective product, please send a note to orders@disasterpreparer.com, and we will make it right. 

Returns within 15 days will be fully refunded. Otherwise, cancellations and returns 16-30 days after incur a 15% restocking fee and must be returned at the buyer’s expense in new, sellable, condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Any products returned after the 30 day period will not be accepted and refunded.

Return Exceptions: 

EMP cloth, EMF-reducing cloth, T.R.A.P. products, and High-saturation ferrites are all made-to-order items, and are thus, non-cancelable and non-returnable.

If you’re not certain about something, PLEASE write with questions BEFORE ordering. We want you to be happy with every sale!

International Orders:

International returns will be treated the same as domestic returns. Any items sent back due to being unclaimed or an invalid address input from the customer may be re-sent with the customer paying for the new shipping cost. Any errors made by the Disaster Preparer team will be covered by the company.
